Prepare everything you need. The biscuits here have a cheese flavor.
In a bowl, put finely grated cheese and ricotta.
150 g cheese, 150 g ricotta
Add sour cream or mayonnaise, press the garlic through a press. Add salt and seasonings.
1-2 clove garlic, 1 tsp sour cream, 1 pinch pepper, 1 pinch salt
Mix. Grind 10-12 biscuits into crumbs in a food processor, add half of them to the cheese mixture.

Mix. You may need to add more cracker crumbs, the consistency should be such that the mixture holds its shape well and does not fall apart. Moisten your hands with cold water, take the contents of the bowl, compact it and shape it into a ball, and then slightly press it from above. Sprinkle a tablespoon of crushed crackers on a plate, place the cheese mixture on top.
Using the blunt side of a knife blade, make shallow notches, imitating depressions on a pumpkin.
Sprinkle with crumbs, season the grooves. Transfer to a serving plate. Place crackers next to it. Insert a green tail from a bell pepper on top. The pumpkin cheese ball is ready.
