Prepare everything necessary. It is better to take larger pasta made from hard wheat varieties.
Boil water, salt it, add pasta.

Cook until fully done, based on the time indicated on the package. Do not overcook; they should not turn into mush. Drain.
Spread on a cloth towel and leave for a couple of minutes to absorb excess moisture.
Transfer them to a container, add flour, garlic, and paprika. If desired, you can use other spices as well.

Close the lid and shake. The flour and spices will cover the pasta with a thin layer.
Lay out in portions in heated vegetable oil and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. During frying, the pasta will lose moisture and decrease in size. Do not wait for browning, it is enough to get a light flour crust. If fried a little longer, the pasta will become somewhat hard, here try and see to your taste.

Pasta chips are ready. When serving, offer ketchup, mayonnaise, or another sauce.
