Today we are making vanilla muffins in the oven. They turn out soft and tender, and are very quick to make from the most accessible ingredients. Take note of this recipe and be sure to please your family with delicious baked goods for tea!
Whisk the eggs with a mixer with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the butter, previously melted in the microwave or in a water bath.
2 pcs egg, 50 g sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar, 1 pinch salt, 70 g butter
Introduce sifted wheat flour and baking powder.
130 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder
Mix the dough with a spatula.
Distribute the dough into the molds, filling them 2/3 full. You can use any molds — silicone, metal, or paper capsules (with a reinforced top edge).
Send the muffins to an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake them for about 15-20 minutes on the middle level (top-bottom mode). Always check for readiness with a toothpick — if it comes out clean and dry, it means that the muffins are well baked and there is no raw dough inside. After baking, sprinkle the slightly cooled muffins with powdered sugar. Bon appétit!
