If you are tired of the usual scrambled eggs for breakfast, we suggest preparing a fluffy alternative - cloud eggs. The whole family will be delighted with such an original version of an egg breakfast. For the whites to beat perfectly, the eggs must be cold.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Transfer the whites to a blender bowl.

Leave the yolks directly in the shells and set them aside, we will need them later.
Whip the whites with a whisk attachment until stiff.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.

Lay the whites on the paper and form two nests, leaving the center of each empty.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 ℃ oven for 3 minutes.
Once the whites are set and golden brown, remove them from the oven and place a yolk in the center of each nest.
Season with pepper on top and put back in the oven for one and a half minutes.

Serve the finished dish on a piece of whole grain or rye bread, garnished with greens.
