Prepare everything you need.
Sift two different types of flour directly into a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

Add salt, sugar, and baking soda. Mix everything well again.

Slightly heat the whey in the microwave and pour it into the bowl with the ingredients. When mixing soda with whey, the mixture will start to foam a lot, don"t be alarmed, this is a normal reaction. Start mixing all the ingredients with a whisk.

At the end of kneading, pour in the vegetable oil and add flax seeds. Mix everything well.

Grease your hands with oil and shape a round or oval loaf. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or sprinkle with flour and place the shaped bread on it. Make cuts on its surface with a sharp knife.

Set the oven temperature to 180 ℃ and bake the bread for 1 hour.
Check the readiness of the bread loaf with a toothpick. It is ready if the toothpick comes out dry when deeply pierced.
