Prepare everything you need. Choose juicy and crunchy cabbage, soft and ripe avocado.
Put the avocado pulp, parsley and spinach leaves in the food processor bowl.
1 pc avocado, 1 bunch greens
Walnut kernels (previously roasted in a dry frying pan), lemon juice, vinegar, vegetable oil.
2 tbsp lemon juice, 30 g walnut, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp vegetable oil
Turn everything into a puree.
Shred the white cabbage into thin strips, add salt, sugar and ground pepper.
300 g white cabbage, 1 pinch sugar, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
Crush with your hands. The cabbage will become juicy. Add sliced cucumbers.
150 g cucumber
Transfer the dressing from the food processor bowl.
Mix well. Taste and evaluate the flavor. You may need to add a little acidity or salt. Serve the "Green goddess" salad immediately.
