  • 1 pc avocado
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 30 g walnut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper ground
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 bunch greens spinach, parsley

  • Prepare everything you need. Choose juicy and crunchy cabbage, soft and ripe avocado.
