Green goddes salad
Today we are making a vegetable salad with an interesting name. "Green goddess" salad will conquer with its exquisite and diverse taste.

Ingredients
- 300 g white cabbage
- 1 pc avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g cucumber
- 1 pinch sugar
- 30 g walnut
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 bunch greens spinach, parsley
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Choose juicy and crunchy cabbage, soft and ripe avocado.
- Put the avocado pulp, parsley and spinach leaves in the food processor bowl.1 pc avocado, 1 bunch greens
- Walnut kernels (previously roasted in a dry frying pan), lemon juice, vinegar, vegetable oil.2 tbsp lemon juice, 30 g walnut, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Turn everything into a puree.

- Crush with your hands. The cabbage will become juicy. Add sliced cucumbers.150 g cucumber
