  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 100 g apple
  • 100 g onion
  • 1 tsp mustard French
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Prepare everything you need. You can use either purple or white onions.

  • Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the sliced onion until soft. Peel and chop the apple, add it to the pan.

  • Sauté for a couple of minutes until the cabbage softens. Then cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum, and cook for 15-20 minutes. The apples should completely soften. Be sure to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. It all depends on the variety of apples, you may need to add a little sugar to sour ones.
