Prepare the specified ingredients. We used two types of microgreens, but you can use any you like.
Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Put it in a pot with cold water and cook until done. You don't need to salt the rice, as it will be served with soy sauce, which is usually salty enough.

Sauté the shrimp and finely chopped garlic in olive oil.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and slice it.

Start forming the bowl. Place the rice on the bottom. Drizzle it with a small amount of soy sauce.

Top with sautéed shrimp, carefully arrange the sliced avocado. Rinse and add microgreens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Serve with a lemon wedge, which should be squeezed onto the dish before eating. The rice and shrimp bowl is ready. Enjoy your meal!
