  • 1 cup rice
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 1 pc avocado
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ pc lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch microgreens
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • olive oil for frying

  • Prepare the specified ingredients. We used two types of microgreens, but you can use any you like.

  • Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Put it in a pot with cold water and cook until done. You don’t need to salt the rice, as it will be served with soy sauce, which is usually salty enough.

  • Sauté the shrimp and finely chopped garlic in olive oil.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and slice it.

  • Start forming the bowl. Place the rice on the bottom. Drizzle it with a small amount of soy sauce.

  • Top with sautéed shrimp, carefully arrange the sliced avocado. Rinse and add microgreens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Serve with a lemon wedge, which should be squeezed onto the dish before eating. The rice and shrimp bowl is ready. Enjoy your meal!
