Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 pc avocado
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ยฝ pc lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch microgreens
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. We used two types of microgreens, but you can use any you like.
- Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Put it in a pot with cold water and cook until done. You don’t need to salt the rice, as it will be served with soy sauce, which is usually salty enough.1 cup rice

- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and slice it.1 pc avocado
- Start forming the bowl. Place the rice on the bottom. Drizzle it with a small amount of soy sauce.1 tbsp soy sauce
- Top with sautรฉed shrimp, carefully arrange the sliced avocado. Rinse and add microgreens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
