  • 200 g shrimp
  • 1 pc avocado
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ยฝ pc lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch microgreens
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • olive oil for frying

  • Prepare the specified ingredients. We used two types of microgreens, but you can use any you like.

  • Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Put it in a pot with cold water and cook until done. You don’t need to salt the rice, as it will be served with soy sauce, which is usually salty enough.
