Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the drumsticks and pat them dry with a paper towel.
6-8 pcs chicken drumsticks
Grate the garlic cloves on a fine grater.
2 clove garlic
In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ground black pepper, and honey.
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tsp honey
Pour soy sauce over the honey, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and vegetable oil mixture.
4 tbsp soy sauce
Thoroughly mix all the marinade ingredients so that they exchange flavors and aromas.
Pour the chicken drumsticks with the prepared marinade.
Cover the bowl with the marinated chicken drumsticks with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken drumsticks in a greased heat-resistant baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 ˚C for 45 minutes.
Every 10-15 minutes, take the meat out of the oven and brush (or pour) it with the remaining marinade and the juice that has formed in the dish.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the baking dish with the chicken drumsticks from the oven and sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds.
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped green onions or other herbs and serve.
