Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in halves.

Hand tear the mozzarella balls into small pieces.
150 g mozzarella cheese
Prepare the dressing. Pour olive oil over most of the basil leaves, add a little salt, nuts, and sliced garlic.
1 bunch basil, 3-4 tbsp olive oil, ⅓ clove garlic, 1 pinch salt, 1 tbsp pine nuts
Blend everything until smooth. If necessary (if the sauce is too thick), you can add a little cold boiled water.
Assemble the salad. Cover the bottom of the plate with the sauce, on which lay out pieces of mozzarella.
Randomly place the cherry tomato halves between the mozzarella. Final touches: lightly salt the salad, pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Bon appétit!
