  • 250 g tomato cherry
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in halves.

  • Hand tear the mozzarella balls into small pieces.

  • Prepare the dressing. Pour olive oil over most of the basil leaves, add a little salt, nuts, and sliced garlic.
