Tomato basil mozzarella salad

Ingredients
- 250 g tomato cherry
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch basil
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- โ clove garlic
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in halves.250 g tomato

- Blend everything until smooth. If necessary (if the sauce is too thick), you can add a little cold boiled water.
- Assemble the salad. Cover the bottom of the plate with the sauce, on which lay out pieces of mozzarella.
