Basil and tomato bruschetta
Today on the table is bruschetta with tomatoes and basil. The appetizer is prepared quickly, turns out very tasty and moderately spicy.

Ingredients

- 2 pcs tomato
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 bunch basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Cut the baguette or ciabatta into slices about 1 centimeter thick. We recommend cutting diagonally. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.ยฝ pc baguette
- Place in a preheated oven at 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) for 5-6 minutes (top-bottom mode). During this time, the bread slices will dry out and acquire a golden crust.
- While the bread is still warm, rub one side with a clove of garlic. Do this only on the side where we will put the filling.2 clove garlic
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the basil with a knife. Peel the garlic clove and then pass it through a press or grate it finely. Add these ingredients to the tomatoes.2 pcs tomato, 1 bunch basil, 2 clove garlic
