200 g flour, 1 tbsp cocoa, 50 g sugar, ½ tsp baking powder, 150 g butter
Process until you get fine chocolate crumbs. This can also be done in a bowl, simply by rubbing all the components with your hands.
For the filling, add cottage cheese, break eggs, add the remaining sugar. Mash with a fork.
3 pcs egg, 400 g cottage cheese, 100 g sugar
For convenience, line the bottom of the mold (ours is 23 centimeters in diameter) with foil. Pour a little more than half of the dough, press with your hands to the sides, forming small edges. Add the cottage cheese filling.
Again sprinkle with chocolate crumbs.
Send to the oven at 160℃ for 30 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the pie inside for another hour. It is fluffy and crumbly when hot, but as it cools, it compacts well and holds its shape. The chocolate royal pie is ready. It is best served slightly cooled, then the dessert can be cut neatly.
