Prepare the necessary ingredients. The ready-made yeast dough should not stick to your hands, otherwise add a little flour, knead it and leave for a couple of minutes. You can buy ready-made pizza tomato sauce or make it yourself using tomatoes in their own juice, garlic, olive oil, and a mix of herbs. You can also use ketchup.
Dust the table surface with flour and roll out the dough. The thickness depends on your preferences, in this case, it was 5 millimeters. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased with vegetable oil. To prevent the paper from rolling into a tube, crumple its ends with your hands.
250 g yeast dough, flour
Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the dough surface. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you are using ketchup, there is no need to add additional salt, as it already contains salt.
4 tbsp tomato sauce
Tear or cut the mozzarella into small pieces and place on the pizza. Lay out the hunting sausages in thin slices. The sausages are usually sold in an edible casing, so there is no need to peel them.
1 pc mozzarella cheese, 120 g hunting sausages
Distribute the grated parmesan and finely chopped chili pepper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or longer if the dough is rolled out thicker.
1 pc chili pepper, 30 g parmesan, to taste salt
The spicy pizza with hunting sausages is ready. If desired, sprinkle green onions or other herbs on top.
