Prepare everything you need. You can use both fresh and frozen vegetables. In the recipe the champignons are pickled.
Heat a thick-walled frying pan with vegetable oil. Add the onion cut into petals and rather large cubes of zucchini.
150 g zucchini, 30 ml vegetable oil, 100 g red onion
Fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, until light brown. Put aside on a plate.
If necessary, add a little oil and send pieces of bell pepper and halves of champignons to the pan.

Fry for a couple of minutes, just like the previous batch.
And at last, put the chicken fillet, cut into cubes, into the pan.

Keep it there for 3 minutes, then return all other components to the pan. Add garlic cloves, chopped dill, salt and pepper.

Mix, continue frying for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
