Today's dish is a great alternative to store-bought junk food like dried meat and other meat semi-finished products. Chicken breast chips are perfect for evening gatherings, and children will not refuse such a treat. It's easy and simple to cook, it turns out delicious and natural.
Cut the chicken breast into long thin strips. In a bowl, add smoked ground paprika and dry garlic. Optionally, for spiciness, you can add red hot pepper. Pour in the soy sauce.
400 g chicken breast, 50 ml soy sauce, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic, 1 tsp vegetable oil

Lay out the strips of chicken breast.
Mix and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. It is advisable to stir a couple of times so that the marinating is even. There will be almost no liquid left at the bottom of the bowl, it will all be absorbed into the chicken.
Spread the pieces on the oven rack.
Place in the oven at the middle level. Be sure to put a baking sheet at the bottom so that the dripping liquid does not burn. There will be a little of it.
Dry in the oven at 120℃ for 3-4 hours. Slightly open the door, inserting a matchstick, to let the steam out. The meat pieces should remain soft, so be sure to watch that the chicken does not dry out.
