All ingredients are prepared. If necessary, the chicken fillet is defrosted.
The chicken is cut into long, even pieces. You can even make perfectly neat sticks if you don't mind the small fillet trimmings. Our option is more economical.
500 g chicken fillet
In a bowl, mayonnaise, salt, and paprika are mixed.
4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika

The mayonnaise marinade is well mixed until smooth.
The chicken pieces are added to the mayonnaise spicy mixture. The components are well mixed. In this form, the chicken is left to marinate for at least 20 minutes. But if desired, it can be left in the refrigerator overnight.
Breadcrumbs are spread on a flat plate in a thick layer.
⅔ cup breadcrumbs
The marinated chicken pieces are rolled on all sides in the breadcrumb crumbs.
And they are sent to fry in a pan with any heated oil, such as sunflower oil. Each side will fry for about 3-5 minutes until done, depending on the thickness of the pieces. The cooked poultry meat should whiten inside and be covered with a golden crust on top.
The finished chicken sticks are immediately served warm at the table. They are good without any additions, but you can combine the treat with your favorite sauces.
