Prepare everything necessary. Thaw the puff pastry for an hour at room temperature.
Grate both types of cheese on a fine grater, add paprika, garlic, salt. Mix. In terms of spices, it depends on the types of cheese used; if at least one of them has a pronounced taste, the amount of spices can be reduced or not added at all.
50 g cheese, 50 g cheese, 1 pinch salt, ¼ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp garlic
Roll out the dough in one direction to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut into two equal parts. Brush each with beaten egg.
200 g puff pastry, 1 pc egg
Sprinkle one of them with the cheese filling.
Cover with the second sheet of dough with the brushed side inward. Press down firmly with your palms so that the cheese sticks to the dough. Cut into strips about a centimeter thick with a knife or pizza cutter, the length of the sticks is up to you.
Twist each into a spiral and lay out on a baking sheet. Brush with the remaining beaten egg.
Sprinkle with flax and sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven at 170 ℃ for 15-20 minutes. The sticks should be slightly browned.
The cheese sticks from puff pastry are ready. When serving, offer any sauce as an addition.
