Prepare everything you need.
On a dry frying pan, pour oat flakes and add a tablespoon of coconut flakes and sesame seeds.
2 tbsp oat flakes, 2 tbsp coconut chips, 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Fry, stirring, until golden brown over low heat. Do not leave unattended, as the small coconut flakes and sesame seeds can burn instantly.
Rinse the dried fruits well, dry them on a towel, and place them in the bowl of a food processor with a metal blade attachment. Add the banana pieces. Here, the banana was large, so we used ⅔ of it.
70 g prune, 70 g dried apricot, 1 pc banana
Pour the dry mixture from the frying pan into the food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible. If the mixture is too liquid, you can add more flakes.
In plates, pour coconut flakes and sesame seeds. Wet your hands with water, take a teaspoon of the dried fruit mixture, and shape it into a ball. Roll some of them in coconut flakes and others in sesame seeds.
2 tbsp coconut chips, 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Homemade dried fruit candies are ready.
