Low calorie sweets
Today we are making low calorie sweets that you can enjoy even while on a healthy diet. They are sweet but do not contain any white sugar. In addition to prunes and dried apricots, you can use dates, raisins, and nuts. It is also good to add flax seeds, chia seeds, and goji berries.

Ingredients
- 70 g prune
- 70 g dried apricot
- 1 pc banana
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.

- Fry, stirring, until golden brown over low heat. Do not leave unattended, as the small coconut flakes and sesame seeds can burn instantly.
- Rinse the dried fruits well, dry them on a towel, and place them in the bowl of a food processor with a metal blade attachment. Add the banana pieces. Here, the banana was large, so we used โ of it.70 g prune, 70 g dried apricot, 1 pc banana
- Pour the dry mixture from the frying pan into the food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible. If the mixture is too liquid, you can add more flakes.
