Coconut pudding
Coconut pudding is a delicate dessert with an exotic flavor and unusual texture. It takes very little time to prepare the dessert, and the result will pleasantly surprise you. For the recipe, choose coconut flour and flakes. It is ideal to use coconut milk, but it can be replaced with cow"s milk.

- 1 tablespoon
- 1 saucepan
- 1 mix bowl
- 1 whisk
- 1 food wrap
- 1 blender optional mixer
Ingredients
- 350 ml milk
- 3 pcs egg yolk
- 1.5 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 60 g sugar
- 5 g vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
- In a saucepan, add flour and cold milk. Mix the flour and milk.1.5 tbsp coconut flour, 350 ml milk
- Separate the yolks from the whites, mix them with sugar and vanilla sugar.3 pcs egg, 60 g sugar, 5 g vanilla sugar
- Mix the milk mixture with the egg mixture. Bring it to a boil while stirring constantly over low heat. The mixture will thicken to the consistency of sour cream.
- Add coconut flakes and coconut flour.2 tbsp coconut flakes
- Mix the cream and cover it with cling film in contact. Let it cool.
- Beat the dessert with a blender.
- Distribute the coconut pudding into serving glasses.
- Sprinkle the dessert with colored coconut flakes and decorate with marshmallows.
