  • 350 ml milk
  • 3 pcs egg yolk
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 60 g sugar
  • 5 g vanilla sugar


  • Prepare the ingredients.

  • In a saucepan, add flour and cold milk. Mix the flour and milk.

  • Separate the yolks from the whites, mix them with sugar and vanilla sugar.

  • Mix the milk mixture with the egg mixture. Bring it to a boil while stirring constantly over low heat. The mixture will thicken to the consistency of sour cream.
