  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Prepare everything you need.

  • For baking, it is convenient to use metal culinary rings with a diameter of 8-10 centimeters. But if you don’t have them, you can make molds out of parchment paper by cutting strips of 5 centimeters thick. Grease them with vegetable oil using a brush and shape them into rings. Thanks to the fat, the layers of paper will hold their shape.

  • Also apply oil to a well-heated frying pan. Place the prepared molds. Fill them with batter to two-thirds of the height. Pour in water to cover the bottom with a layer of a few millimeters.
