Vegan chocolate truffles

Ingredients
- 120 g dates soft
- 100 g raisins seedless
- 300 g nuts almond, walnut, cashew, pine
- 1 teaspoon honey thick
For dusting the candies
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 12 g coconut flakes
- 12 g cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.
- To enhance the flavor, lightly dry all the nuts in a dry pan for 2 minutes.300 g nuts
- Then transfer them to a blender and grind them to a uniform consistency at high speed.
- Transfer the ground nuts to a deep bowl.
- Next, rinse the dates and raisins, dry them well with a paper towel. Remove the pits from the dates. Transfer the pitted dates and raisins to a blender.120 g dates, 100 g raisins

- Transfer the resulting sticky mass to the ground nuts.

- To make candies of the same size, use a teaspoon or another suitable tool to place the nut mixture in the center of your palm and carefully form a ball.
- Divide the formed candies into three parts. Roll one part of the candies in sesame seeds.10 g sesame seeds
- Also roll the second part of the blanks in coconut flakes.12 g coconut flakes
- Roll the remaining balls in cocoa powder.12 g cocoa
