  • Mix again. Add half of the whole grain flour and baking powder.

  • While the food processor is working, knead the dough in it, then transfer it to a plate and continue by hand, adding flour. The amount depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese, so watch the consistency. The dough should be slightly sticky. Regarding the flour, the rule here is: the less, the better, so the cookies will be softer.

  • Break off a small piece of dough with your hands, roll it into a ball, and place it on the baking sheet. If necessary, you can lightly dust your palms with flour.
