Today we are preparing a soft, fragrant, tasty strawberry pie. You can use both fresh and frozen berries to prepare dessert. Please note that our form is quite small. If you cook in a standard and round (size 22-24 cm), then you need to double the amount of ingredients.
Prepare everything you need. Choose a small strawberry, about the same size. Wash the berries, trim the tails, let them dry well. Get the egg and kefir in advance so that they have time to warm up.
Break an egg into a bowl, add sugar.
1 pc egg, 60 g sugar
Beat with a whisk until the crystals dissolve and brighten. Pour kefir.

And vegetable oil.
30 ml vegetable oil
Mix, add sifted flour and baking powder.
100 g flour, ½ tsp baking powder
The resulting dough should not be too thick, drain from the whisk with a ribbon.
The shape, here the size is 12x18 cm, lubricate with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Distribute the dough. Spread the strawberries on top. Do not try to fit too many strawberries into the pie, the berries will give juice when baking, and if there is an excessive amount of it, the pie will not be baked. Even from a few pieces of pastries will be quite fragrant.
120 g strawberry
Put in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Strawberry pie should rise and brown. Check readiness with a toothpick.
