Prepare everything you need. Wash the wings, dry them.
There are three parts in each wing. Lay on a board and cut off the thinnest joint. There is no meat at all, it can be thrown away or used for broth.
1,5 kg chicken wing
For the marinade, put mayonnaise, mustard, smoked paprika in a bowl. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable oil. The wings are not too thick, so there is enough salt in the soy sauce and it is not required additionally.
1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp russian mustard, ½ tsp paprika, 30 ml soy sauce, 30 ml vegetable oil
Mix, lay out the wings.
Mix with your hands so that the marinade gets on all areas. Tighten with cling film and leave for 1-24 hours. If there is only a couple of hours, do not put it in the refrigerator, so the chicken will soak better. If possible, marinate for a longer time, place in the cold.
Melt the grill, wait for good coals without a flame. Warm up the grill and lay out the wings.
Fry, turning over, until golden brown. It will take about half an hour depending on the heat of the coals.
The wings on the grill are ready. The skin is crispy and fried, and the meat is juicy and tender.
