Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use dried ground ginger, raw ginger will not work. If you don"t have cornstarch, you can replace it with the same amount of flour.
In a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.

Place on parchment paper for baking. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 ℃ until lightly golden. The main thing is not to overcook them so that the cookies remain tender.
