Today we are preparing homemade classical ice cream bar, someone know it as Eskimo. No raw eggs, our recipe based on whipped cream and condensed milk. To do this, you will need special molds, but resourceful housewives make ice cream in plastic cups or yogurt jars.
Prepare everything you need. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste, for a sweet tooth there may not be enough sweetness of condensed milk. All products must be from the fridge. Put the whipping dishes and beaters in the cold for an hour, too.
Pour the heavy cream into a bowl, add sugar. At heart’s ease, add vanilla. Beat with a mixer until stable peaks. Enter condensed milk by a tablespoon, whipping at the same time at the lowest speed.
250 ml cream, 1 tbsp sugar, 100 g condensed milk
Here it is enough just to mix cream and condensed milk. Divide the cream in half.
Fill the first part of the ice cream molds.
Pour cocoa powder into the remaining one.

Mix. Decompose into shapes. Stick the sticks in.
Put it in the fridge for 8-10 hours. Place each ice cream for a few seconds in hot water, after which the "Eskimo" will be able to be removed from the mold without any problems. For the glaze: melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave, cool and put ice cream in it. Put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes to solidify. Decorate as desired with coconut chips, crushed nuts or confectionery sprinkles. Ice cream bar is ready.
