Spread the potato dough evenly on a skillet, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until a golden crust forms, about 10-15 minutes.
Using a large flat plate, flip the pie to the other side. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
Transfer the cooked pie to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped greens, and serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
