  • 100-150 g cheese
  • 4 pcs egg
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, grate them coarsely, add salt to taste. Mix the mass, let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

  • Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, finely dice the onion, and cut the sausage or meat into strips. If desired, you can add other ingredients to the filling: tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, or celery root.

  • Squeeze out the juice released from the potatoes. Wash the chicken eggs and add them to the potato mixture.

  • Add the chopped filling to the potato-egg mixture and mix everything together so that the cheese, meat, and onion are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  • Spread the potato dough evenly on a skillet, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until a golden crust forms, about 10-15 minutes.

  • Using a large flat plate, flip the pie to the other side. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
