Sausage pie
If you want to feed your family with a pie, it doesn't mean it has to be a complicated process of making the filling and dough. Use a recipe that requires the minimum amount of time and ingredients. Let's make a sausage pie.

Ingredients
- 4 pcs potato medium-sized
- 200 g sausage or any ready-made meat products
- 100-150 g cheese
- 4 pcs egg
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- greens for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.

- Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, finely dice the onion, and cut the sausage or meat into strips. If desired, you can add other ingredients to the filling: tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, or celery root.100-150 g cheese, 1 pc onion, 200 g sausage
- Squeeze out the juice released from the potatoes. Wash the chicken eggs and add them to the potato mixture.4 pcs egg
- Add the chopped filling to the potato-egg mixture and mix everything together so that the cheese, meat, and onion are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Spread the potato dough evenly on a skillet, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until a golden crust forms, about 10-15 minutes.
- Using a large flat plate, flip the pie to the other side. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked pie to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped greens, and serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!greens
