  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 100 g salami sausage
  • 1 pc tomato
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 80 g cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • green onion

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need. Boil the potatoes in advance, traditional boiled potatoes or jacket potatoes will do.

  • Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Put the shavings in a bowl. Cut half of the sausage into small pieces and add it to the potatoes.

  • Turn it over. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise. Arrange slices of salami and tomato.
