French egg and onion tart

- 100 g butter
- 80 ml water

- 80 g green onion
- 35 g cheese semi-hard
- 15 g processed cheese creamy
- 1 bunch dill fresh
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. If there is no semi-hard cheese, you can replace it with hard cheese. The salt should be fine.
- In a suitable cup, place cold butter, sifted flour, and a little salt. Then rub the butter with the flour by hand until it becomes a uniform crumb.220 g flour, 100 g butter
- Pour in cold water and roll the dough into a ball. Cover it with film and put it in the cold for an hour.80 ml water
- Prepare the filling: boil 3 eggs hard, cool them, peel and chop them into a bowl with medium straws.5 pcs egg

- Grate the cheese with fine straws and send it to the bowl with the other products.35 g cheese, 1 bunch dill
- Add the creamy processed cheese.15 g processed cheese

- Stir the filling with a spoon until it is homogeneous.
- Roll out the ready dough into a round flat cake 5 mm thick and lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Distribute the onion filling in the center, leaving a 5 cm edge of the flat cake.
- Throw the edges of the flat cake onto the filling, forming free folds. The center of the pie remains open.
- Whisk a raw yolk and brush the top of the pie with a silicone brush.
- Sprinkle the top lightly with sesame seeds.1 tsp sesame seeds
- Bake the galette in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 35 minutes until a golden crust forms.
- Let the finished pastry cool down a bit.Then cut the galette with onion, egg, and cheese into portioned pieces and serve as an independent snack.
