Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any meat broth, or water as a last resort.
Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook until tender according to the package instructions. Usually, the cooking time is 10-12 minutes. Rinse the cooked spaghetti with water and drain off excess liquid.
200 g spaghetti
While the water is boiling and the spaghetti is cooking, finely chop or blend the onion. In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the ground meat, onion, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper.
1 pc onion, 400 g ground meat, 1 clove garlic, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
Form small balls, roll them in flour, and place them on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry for about 10-15 minutes until a slight golden color appears.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a separate skillet with high sides, melt the butter over low heat. Add flour, stir, and wait until the mixture slightly darkens, but do not aim for a brown color. Pour in the broth, add salt and pepper. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly until smooth. Bring to a boil.
40 g butter, 1.5 tbsp flour, 500 g meat broth, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper, 150 g sour cream
Place the fried meatballs in the sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top of the skillet. Turn off the heat. The meatballs are ready.
1 bunch parsley
Place the spaghetti on a plate, top with meatballs, pour sauce over them, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
