Homemade spaghetti and meatballs
Homemade spaghetti and meatballs is an exquisite and at the same time very simple lunch option. The dish is very tasty, hearty and aromatic, so your family will definitely enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 pc onion
- 400 g ground meat
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g sour cream
- 40 g butter
- 1.5 tbsp flour
- 500 g meat broth optional water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any meat broth, or water as a last resort.
- Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook until tender according to the package instructions. Usually, the cooking time is 10-12 minutes. Rinse the cooked spaghetti with water and drain off excess liquid.200 g spaghetti

- Form small balls, roll them in flour, and place them on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry for about 10-15 minutes until a slight golden color appears.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a separate skillet with high sides, melt the butter over low heat. Add flour, stir, and wait until the mixture slightly darkens, but do not aim for a brown color. - Place the fried meatballs in the sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.
