After all, this dish will require no more than 40 minutes of your time and even allows you to prepare your favorite side dish in parallel.

  • 500 g turkey fillet optional chicken fillet
  • 200 g cream optional sour cream
  • 80-100 g cashews optional pine nuts
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley optional cilantro
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Cut the fillet into portioned pieces about 2 cm thick and quickly fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. It is not necessary to cook them completely.

  • While the turkey is frying, let”s prepare the sauce. First, lightly fry the nuts in a dry skillet, stirring constantly over very low heat. If you bought already roasted nuts, skip this step.

  • In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic cloves chopped into arbitrary pieces, nuts, and olive oil. Add salt to taste. Blend everything until smooth using a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. In another bowl, mix cream and turmeric. Combine the prepared mixtures together. The sauce is ready.

  • Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the fried fillet pieces, season them with salt, and pour the creamy pesto sauce over them. Bake the dish for 30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 190 ˚C.
