Ground turkey and zucchini
Ground turkey and zucchini is perfect for a diet menu. The dish is suitable for both a family dinner and a festive feast. This delicious dish is incredibly easy to prepare and does not require the hostess to spend a long time in the kitchen.

- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 grater
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 pcs zucchini optional zucchini
- 400 g turkey fillet
- 1 pc onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 pcs tomato or 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g cheese
- ยฝ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp curry seasoning
- herbs for garnish
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and seeds. Place the resulting vegetable ‘boats’ in the oven and bake at 180ยฐC for 15 minutes. The oven does not need to be preheated. Do not salt the vegetables.2 pcs zucchini
- While the zucchini is baking, prepare the filling for them. Finely chop the turkey fillet with a knife.400 g turkey fillet
- Chop the onion into cubes and sautรฉ in a small amount of vegetable oil until translucent. At the end of cooking, add the minced garlic and curry seasoning.1 pc onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp curry seasoning, ยฝ tbsp vegetable oil
- Add the chopped meat to the skillet with the sautรฉed onion. Fry everything together until the turkey is cooked through and season with salt. At this stage, you can also add the chopped zucchini flesh removed from the ‘boats’.1 pinch salt
- Remove the baked zucchini from the oven and fill them with the filling.
- Place thinly sliced tomatoes on top of the filling.1-2 pcs tomato
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or another melt-in-your-mouth cheese on top of the filling. Return the dish to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.100 g cheese
- Garnish the cooked ‘boats’ with chopped herbs and serve while still warm. Enjoy your meal!herbs
