Instructions

- Mix and stew until the meat is ready. Stir occasionally. If necessary, you can add a little liquid.
- Taste and salt to taste. You can add a little sugar to balance the taste. If desired, add a little chili pepper. Finely chop the garlic and cilantro and sprinkle into the pan.
