Pan fried ribeye with worcestershire sauce
Pan fried ribeye with worcestershire sauce is best cooked on frying pan. An alternative could be a more affordable and budget-friendly option like shoulder, thick or thin edge. Steak is traditionally made from beef, preferably from marbled meat. The thickness of the portioned pieces should be at least 2.5 cm.

- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 cooking brush
Ingredients
For steaks
- 600-700 g beef
- 30-50 ml Worcestershire sauce optional
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
For the sauce
- 1 cup tomato juice
- ยฝ pc onion
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chili pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5-6 pcs pepper peas
- ยฝ tsp sugar preferably brown
- 50 g butter
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Marinate the steaks for 15-30 minutes (or longer) in a mixture of Worcestershire sauce and vegetable oil. Don’t like Worcestershire or couldn’t find it in the store? Just skip this step and brush the surface of the meat with a thin layer of oil before cooking.600-700 g beef, 30-50 ml Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 pinch pepper
- Preheat the pan in advance. It’s better if it’s a special grill pan.
- Place the meat pieces on the hot pan and fry on one side. To get an appetizing grill pattern, let the steak fry for 1-2 minutes, then carefully turn it 90 degrees and leave it for another minute.
- Then flip the meat to the other side and fry until cooked to medium doneness for another 1-2 minutes.
- The fried steaks must ‘rest’. For this, transfer them directly from the pan to a piece of foil and wrap tightly in several layers. Leave the meat in this state for 2-4 minutes.
- While waiting for the steaks to finish cooking, prepare the sauce. Finely chop and heat the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.ยฝ pc onion, 1-2 clove garlic
- Add tomato juice, sugar, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper to the onion and garlic. Simmer everything together for 2 minutes to let the spices release their flavors. The sauce is ready.1 pinch salt, 1 cup tomato juice, 1 pinch chili pepper, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, ยฝ tsp sugar, 50 g butter, 5-6 pcs pepper
- Finish cooking the steak on the pan, heating it for another minute on each side. Season with salt and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with tomato sauce. Enjoy your meal!
