For steaks

  • 600-700 g beef
  • 30-50 ml Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

For the sauce

  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • ½ pc onion
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch chili pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5-6 pcs pepper peas
  • ½ tsp sugar preferably brown
  • 50 g butter

  • Marinate the steaks for 15-30 minutes (or longer) in a mixture of Worcestershire sauce and vegetable oil. Don’t like Worcestershire or couldn’t find it in the store? Just skip this step and brush the surface of the meat with a thin layer of oil before cooking.
