Penne pesto pasta and tomatoes for dinner is an amazing and aromatic dish with Italian notes. Pesto sauce is a well-known sauce in Italian cuisine. It can be made from scratch or bought ready-made.

Ingredients
- 150 g pasta penne
- 3 pcs tomato
- 50 g cheese parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pesto sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.
- Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges. If using cherry tomatoes, you can cut them in half. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a baking dish and spread it on the bottom. Peel and cut the garlic into 2-3 pieces lengthwise, depending on the thickness of the clove. Place the tomatoes and garlic in the baking dish. Put it in a preheated oven and cook at a temperature of 200 โ for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces and the variety of tomatoes. - Transfer the hot tomatoes to the pot. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil from the baking dish. Gently mix to preserve the shape of the tomato pieces.
