Shrimp broccoli pasta

- 1.5 liter water
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. The shrimp here are boiled-frozen, unpeeled, broccoli is frozen. Immediately put water on for the pasta.
- Clean the shrimp, removing the head and shell. Optionally, you can leave the tails, it looks prettier and is more convenient to hold the shrimp by the tail and eat. Don’t forget to make a shallow cut along the back and remove the dark vein running along the body.10 pcs shrimp
- Into boiling water, add salt, put in the pasta. Wait for it to boil again and turn off the heat after a minute, drain the pasta. That is, cook not until done, they should be somewhat hard, to absorb the flavorful sauce. Drain.160 g pasta, 1.5 liter water, ยฝ tsp salt
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, lay out large pieces of garlic. Fry until golden brown, turn over and add the shrimp. Since they are boiled-frozen, keep for 2 minutes. Remove the seafood onto a plate.2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp vegetable oil
- In the same pan with the garlic, lay out the broccoli florets, cutting large ones into pieces. Quickly fry for a couple of minutes. Then add butter, pour in the cream. Remove the pieces of garlic, they have already given all their aroma.150 g broccoli, 200 ml cream, 30 g butter
- Bring to a boil, add the pasta.
- Continue cooking on low heat until the pasta reaches al dente. The sauce will partially absorb and thicken. Return the shrimp, mix and let stand for a minute to let the flavors combine.
- Pasta with shrimp and broccoli in a creamy sauce is ready. When serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.30 g cheese
