Spaghetti with pumpkin sauce
Have you ever cooked pumpkin sauce? Today we suggest experimenting and preparing a very tasty and hearty dinner for the whole family – spaghetti with pumpkin sauce. This dish can be confidently prepared for vegetarians.

Ingredients
- 150 g spaghetti
- 400 g mushrooms
- 250 g pumpkin peeled
- 1 pc onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use any type of pasta, we used spaghetti.
- First, let”s prepare the sauce. Pour a little vegetable oil into a pot. Chop the onion and add it to the pot. Fry until golden brown. Add diced pumpkin and finely chopped garlic. Fry for a couple of minutes.1 pc onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 250 g pumpkin
- Add a small amount of water to the pot and cook with the lid on until the pumpkin is cooked.
- Remove from heat, drain all the liquid into a cup, and blend the contents until smooth using an immersion blender. Taste and add salt to your liking. You can also add other spices. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little of the liquid obtained from cooking the pumpkin. The sauce is ready.1 pinch salt
- Slice the mushrooms and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.400 g mushrooms
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta until done according to the package instructions. It is very important not to overcook it. Then drain the water and add the spaghetti to the cooked mushrooms. Add the pumpkin sauce, mix well, and leave on the stove for a couple of minutes to evenly heat the dish.150 g spaghetti
- The pasta with mushrooms and pumpkin sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal!
