Shrimp fettuccine alfredo pasta

Ingredients
- 200-250 g fettuccine
- 250 g shrimp peeled
- 150-170 g cream
- 2 clove garlic
- 50-70 g cheese hard
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cook the pasta for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. After the time is up, drain the pasta in a colander. Thaw the shrimp beforehand.
- In the meantime, heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until golden brown. Then remove it, we won’t need it anymore.2 clove garlic
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Fry them for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Mix them evenly. It’s better to fry the shrimp first, if we add the cream right away, they may become rubbery in taste.250 g shrimp

- Add our cooked pasta to the pan. Mix them evenly with the shrimp and cream. Add basil, pepper, and Provencal herbs. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for a couple of minutes.200-250 g fettuccine
- Add cheese and dill. Mix them evenly and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until the cheese melts.50-70 g cheese
- Place the pasta on a plate portion by portion. We recommend placing the pasta first and then distributing the sauce with shrimp. This will make the dish more juicy.
