To make delicious homemade pastries for tea, you don't even need an oven. Today we are making a skillet apple pie. You will need a skillet, a stove, and 30 minutes of time, 25 of which will be spent on baking. Everything is very simple, from accessible products. And the pie turns out soft, fragrant, slightly moist, and very tasty.
Break an egg into a bowl, add sugar and a little salt.
1 pc egg, 80 g sugar, 1 pinch salt
Beat with a mixer until a small foam appears. Pour in the milk.
150 ml milk
And vegetable oil.
60 ml vegetable oil
Add flour, sifted through a sieve together with baking powder.
150 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder
Stir until smooth and homogeneous dough, which will flow from the whisk like a ribbon.
Add vinegar, mix again.

Grease the skillet, here the diameter is 24 cm, with soft butter, not only the bottom but also the sides. Sprinkle with sugar and rotate to make the grains stick to the butter layer.

Cut the apples into 1 cm thick slices. Remove the core and place on the bottom of the skillet. Pour the dough over it.

It will cover the apples and spread evenly. Cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes without opening. The surface should become dry.
Turn over onto a plate, then place apples side up in the skillet. Continue cooking, but without the lid, for another 5 minutes.
