200 g puff pastry, 150 g raisins
Chop the peanuts and walnuts with a knife, scatter over the raisins.
50 g peanuts, 50 g walnut
Peel and grate the apple, or finely chop it. Put it on the filling in the form of a thick roll.
100 g apple
Wrap it in such a way that the apple shavings are inside. This way, the juice that stands out will soak the raisins. Tuck in the edges.
Continue rolling until the dough runs out. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush with yolk.
1 pc egg
Sprinkle with flax seeds. Make incisions for steam to escape.
1 tsp flax seeds
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170°C for 20 minutes. The strudel from puff pastry with nuts and raisins is ready. Serve it hot and cold.
