  • Prepare everything you need. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer for an hour. Do not soak the raisins, just rinse and then dry on a towel.

  • Roll out the dough into a large thin sheet. Distribute the raisins, leaving free space on all sides.

  • Chop the peanuts and walnuts with a knife, scatter over the raisins.
