Prepare everything you need. Put fresh broccoli in the dish raw, no need to thaw frozen florets.
Pour vegetable oil into the baking dish, add pieces of onion. Put it in the oven. While you prepare the other components, the onion will brown.

Rinse the rice, pour it into boiling water and let it boil again. Then drain it in a sieve. This way the grains will soften, but still be slightly firm. You can also use pre-cooked rice.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the milk. Whisk with a fork.
2 pcs egg, 250 ml milk
Add cubes of chicken breast and pieces of bell pepper to the browned onion. Season with salt and pepper.
300 g chicken breast, 100 g bell pepper, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
Sprinkle rice on top and level it. Arrange broccoli florets.
150 g broccoli
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes. Check the rice, it should be tender. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and return the dish to the oven for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
