Prepare everything necessary. The weight of the plums is indicated with pits.
Wash the plums, remove the pits, cutting them arbitrarily. Put in a pot, pour in water. This is necessary so that the jam does not burn at the initial stages.
2 kg plum, 100 ml water
Bring to a boil.
Purée everything with an immersion blender. Add cocoa, sugar, butter. It is very important to use quality cocoa powder, then the taste will be distinctly chocolatey.
150 g butter, 20 g cocoa powder, 800 g sugar
Simmer for 20 minutes. Here, adjust to the desired thickness of the jam. The initial juiciness of the plums also matters. To get a thick jam, let it bubble for longer. But keep in mind that the jam will thicken more as it cools.
The Plum Jam in Chocolate is ready. Pour into sterilized jars, seal. Yielded 4 jars with a volume of 0.5 liters.
