Stir, it will melt quickly. The final consistency is like condensed milk.
The New Year's chocolate pudding is ready. If you plan to serve it hot, then immediately pour into individual molds. If you need to cool it down, to avoid the formation of a starchy crust, cover the surface with cling film, and then distribute into molds. Decorate as desired.
